Prosper’s Path to Wellness Community Health Workers program has 21 diverse participants providing health resources to underserved communities and utilizing Prosper’s B-INCLUDED platform. CHW earn $18/hour. This twofold impact helps citizens navigate health care and offers a pathway to career growth for CHW participants.
